Love OneSelf Meditation
Do I suffer simply because I do not love myself?
Do I have habits to support the distraction of the fact I do not love myself?
Do I create life as a distraction from the fact that I have not fallen in love with What I already am?
With our eyes closed, turn your palms up,
and instantaneously the glow that takes place when one is present and aware,
is that the body is an emanation of pure-being-mindful.
And this pure-being-mindful communicates throughout the Cosmos and all unseen worlds.
And sensation then,
is not of the senses but of presence,
creating a moment,
being aware quite naturally.
It is true,
the more I know myself
and love myself from the love I already am,
transformation is immediate,
vibration is immediate,
power is immediate,
grace is immediate.
Somehow this understanding
will enable us to go deeper
and the power of such presence
without doing anything
builds a new self that is illumined
behind this display of the
manifest shining through the life, the body-mind as consciousness itself.
And the simple act which I'm going to do right now,
with my eyes closed,
of gently bringing my apparent hands to prayer
is the mirror of the two hemispheres of the brain
being one single movement,
night and day,
being one single movement,
form and formlessness
being one single movement of love.
Everything is prayer,
not a prayer full
but a prayer as the whole being,
the whole life,
the deep,
the profound,
the love.
