If you are awakening in the manner we are looking at, as Presence, your body is the presence of verticality and depth. Your body transmits that verticality and that depth and it relates to that and it moves that spontaneously. Literally a cosmic being of divine potentiality.
The whole cosmos is feeding this point of itself to express what it is. Its ability to manifest the unusual, to manifest the unseen, to manifest the next without concerns past or future.
And what is manifestation? An unusual appearance of That that cannot be explained. That that has no beginning or end.
That that is God-like in nature.
The body-mind becomes completely free here and you become completely free to express what you discover you are. in the Now. You may begin to actually see that things are in a different place . The chairs in this space have more spaciousness around them as if they were floating in a sea that is invisible..Such openness doesn't make one superior , such openness makes one available to serve.
This is what you are as you are walking down the street, a transmission of possibilities that are inherent in everybody.. You are not someone walking down the street doing the same old thing. You are a living star..shining possibility. Awakening self to Self.
The retreat will be held at Kalypso Cretan Village Resort, our beautiful 'home' on Crete. You will love this amazing location and the wild beauty and ancient mystery of Crete.
Every retreat with B unfolds in its own unique rhythm – a typical day has three or four sessions and a break at lunch with plenty of time to enjoy, to explore and commune as you deepen in the heart.
The retreat will be held across the whole resort space. There will be sessions in the meeting hall at the highest point of the resort (with a spectacular view of ocean), as well as informal meetings with B in several of the resort’s beautiful outside locations. There will be spontaneous walks across the cliffs to the nearby beaches and tavernas and there may well be the occasional very early morning or very late night sessions.

Arrival – Thursday 3 October
Please plan to arrive at the Resort by 5.00pm. We will show you your room to settle into before dinner at 7.00pm. The first retreat gathering with B will be after dinner.
Departure – Sunday 13 October:
The retreat finishes at around 3.00pm.

If you would like to arrive at the hotel a few days early or stay longer, this can be arranged. either through us or you can book with the hotel direct. If you book direct, please let the hotel know that you are part of our group.
Sharing a Taxi from the airport
Please advise us if you would like to share a taxi from the airport. We will endeavour as best as we can to match you up with other retreat participants. The cost for a taxi (4 seater) is 125 EUR, divided by the number of passengers. Please refer to the travel & venue information page for further details.
The Form Reality Practice
Over the duration of this retreat, you will learn the full five-part sequence of The Form Reality Practice, a profound movement of awakening and self-mastery that is the living embodiment and vehicle of everything B points to. If you have learned the movement before, you will discover it anew and further deepen in the practice, for there is no end to this unfolding.
“ What I want to emphasise as we go into The Form, is that the body is the appearance of the energy and Presence of Being, one's innate nature. We turn our palms up and we look into Eternity. We look into Eternity for we are actually Eternity looking into itself. The practice is demonstrating that the mind freed from objectivity of the known can be turned towards the invisible, the indivisible. The mind becomes a servant of the One, the indivisible.”
As we move our hands very slowly up, heading towards high prayer, behold the Presence, the energy, which is the now, which is What One Is. The mind begins to be in obeyance to this Presence. It ceases to function in the known. It begins to drop open to the unknown. And instead of being ‘someone’, you're pure observation, pure-aware observation; not a centre. Here, there is no centre. You are pure observation.
The slow movement encourages the mind to drop completely open. Notice the vibration in the body and get to know the body as a field, and a field of relationships to you as present Source aware. For the body carries the infinite messages of the universe.. the universe is in communion with itself. “

Excursions
Much time on this retreat will be spent outdoors, enjoying all that nature has to offer as our retreat space. There will be walks to nearby beaches and spontaneous outings as well as one to two full day excursions to some of Crete’s beautiful and sacred sites. These are an integral part of the retreat, an opportunity to ground and embody what you are opening to on this journey. The cost for the excursions is included in your booking.
