Course Structure:
• Opening Weekend Retreat of three online sessions
• Twenty online sessions with B over the course of the year. Each session is approximately 90mins
• Sessions are on Sundays, 10am UK time (with some exceptions)
• Sessions will be held online via the Zoom Video Conference platform
• Share and engage with other participants via a private Facebook group
• Closing Weekend Retreat of three online sessions
